1. The service
Lughatkom’s current service supports translation of the Arabic document types shown in the catalogue into English. A document type that is not available in the catalogue cannot be requested through this service.
These terms are a draft for review. The operating company’s legal identity, contact details and final commercial terms must be confirmed before public launch.
2. Your document and details
Choose the document type that matches your Arabic original. Upload a readable file within the selected service’s file-format, size and page limits. Include accurate information and use official English name spellings when requested.
Only upload documents and personal information you are authorised to provide. Do not send forged, misleading or unrelated material, or use the service to impersonate another person.
3. Sign-in and request access
Use an email address you can access. Sign-in links are personal and should not be shared. Use the same email to find the requests associated with it.
Signing in is needed to access your private request details and issued files. Opening the public verification page does not give access to another customer’s requests.
4. Price, payment and cancellation
Review the price and any payment requirements shown for the selected service before submitting. A missing price does not mean a service is free; a new request cannot be submitted while its price is unavailable.
Payment methods, taxes or additional charges, cancellation rules and refund arrangements must be confirmed in the final commercial policy before launch. This draft does not introduce a non-refundable fee or a refund promise.
5. Processing and follow-up
A submitted request may pass through processing, review and final preparation. If the source is unclear or details are missing, the request may need a response or replacement file before work can continue.
Check My requests for the current status and instructions. This draft does not promise a completion deadline. Any delivery estimate or service-level commitment must be confirmed separately.
6. The translated document
When a translation is issued and available, its PDF can be downloaded from the relevant request. Check the document and name spellings before using it. The correction and complaint procedure must be confirmed in the final policy.
Acceptance, certification, notarisation or legalisation requirements depend on the receiving authority. This website does not promise that every authority will accept a translation or that a separate certification step is included.
7. Verification and acceptable use
Verification checks an issued document’s code and whether that version is current. It does not translate an uploaded file, establish the truth of the source document or guarantee acceptance by another organisation.
Do not alter an issued document to misrepresent its content, misuse another person’s sign-in link or try to bypass access restrictions.
8. Privacy and final approval
Read the privacy policy to understand the information involved in the service. Company contact details, complaint handling, liability provisions, applicable law and dispute resolution require business and legal review before these terms are approved.
The approved terms will explain how changes are communicated and which version applies to a request. The final version must be reviewed before public launch.
